Software Engineering (Engineering Lead – IOS/Android) at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (New York, NY)

As an experienced Mobile IOS/Android Software Engineering Lead, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree in a relared field an/or equivalent experience
* Excellent interpersonal communication with strong verbal / written skills
* 5-7 years of combined software/mobile application development experience as well as leading teams
* Experience developing mobile applications using Objective C/SWIFT and/or Java/Kotlin
* Ability to build, train, mentor and coach both existing and new mobile team members
* Act as a primary point of contact for development projects with other technology teams
* Provide business teams input into project requirements, design and other critical project documentation
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Experience with all phases of the development life cycle
* Familiarity with Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning
* Familiarity with how to optimize code for phones, testing with phones, challenges with phones
* Excellent understanding of all mobile UI fundamentals, from layout to animations
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
