You will join a growing team in the US as it extends its portfolio of initiatives. This will be a hybrid role incorporating both PMO skills and project execution skills depending on the needs of individual projects/programs. You will partner with existing team members to execute upon initiatives of varying sizes. You will be in the early stages of embarking on a project and program management career and welcome the opportunity to grow in this space.
A solid technology background, potentially having engineer experience in early career stages
Knowledge of project management standards and methods
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Experience of PMO / portfolio management and delivering, or contributing to the delivery of, technology change projects
Solid JIRA skills and the ability to encourage adoption by others
Experience of Tableau is beneficial
Proficiency in creating executive level communications e.g. producing decks/scorecards/data for senior leadership to a high standard
Strong problem solving skills, ability to quickly broker solutions and resolve conflict situations
