Duties: Conduct business process review and implement adequate process controls and checklists. Construct, design, implement and maintain the proper governance structure based upon each individual program challenging the current processes and organization to effect changes that improve profitability, efficiency, controls and risk reduction. Responsible for projects that improve the automation, maintenance and exception management of pricing processes for fund administration clients. Identify, evaluate and propose solutions for developing and supporting sustainable effective processes with appropriate control mechanisms. Assist with requirement gathering, definition and the documentation of requirements. Responsible for the change management process. Contribute to complex change global programs in Fund Services with significant scale, complexity and budget. Work with the global product team to create standard client offerings. Support colleagues in client pitches and provide solutions for clients. Provide thought leadership and development of junior staff members. Assist program work streams across multiple functions, including technology and operations at all levels, to successful completion. Provide status updates to support senior management with timely and accurate maintenance and archiving of program artifacts.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Analytics or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience.
