Duties: Drive the launch of strategic dashboards that aim to measure and share business performance across domains of value, throughput and quality. Leverage federated business intelligence assets to create consistent views into the estate, support leadership decision-making, and address cross-tower/domain business problems. Strategize and execute a solution to measure the progress of Global Technology Infrastructure in relation to Global Technology Vision through the Objective and Key Results framework. Establish a suite of key metrics across domains and products, focusing on the measures and trends that can drive LT decision making and delivering across most appropriate channels, cadence and forums. Drive the circulation of a workforce strategy suite of views to help managers drive organizational effectiveness, location strategy and talent related decisions. Create broader awareness and access to existing metrics, domains, products, business capabilities in critical dashboards, such as the catalog, portal, and communications. Develop and deploy guidelines and best practices for key dashboards which cover governance, navigability and sources. Drive a data culture transformation to grow a community of users and BI practitioners. Train and mentor junior team members and graduate hires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Transformation Lead, Analyst, Data Strategy Lead, Data Architect, Data Scientist/Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will accept pre- or post-Bachelor experience.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: project and program management; and managing global firm-wide roll outs. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: global roll out of products that measure business performance in the domains of value, quality and throughput; working on workforce strategy suite of views to help managers drive organizational effectiveness, location strategy and talent related decisions; enabling and promoting access to metrics, domains, products, business capabilities in critical dashboards, including the catalog, portal, and communications; producing guidelines and setting best practices for key dashboards including governance, navigability and sources; driving a data culture transformation to grow a community of users and business intelligence practitioners; structuring and establishing firm-wide dashboard utilizing Tableau, QlikView and Alteryx; utilizing SAP Business Object; building and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint sites and setting up workflows using Microsoft SharePoint Designer; building front end websites using HTML, CSS and JS; working with finance P/L view for a multi-billion dollar investment book of work; and executing large-scale business process change.
