Liink, formerly known as the Interbank Information Network (IIN), is a production-grade, scalable, peer-to-peer blockchain-based network. Liink applications are purpose-built for addressing discrete banking needs. Live applications address long-standing problems in the financial ecosystem, including validating account information prior to payment (Confirm), streamlining payment-related compliance inquiries (Resolve), and validating payment message formats prior to initiating cross-border payments (Format). To date, over 400 financial institutions and corporates have signed up to join the network, including 25 of the world’s top 50 banks, representing 78 countries globally.
The Liink team is responsible for developing and managing the Product, Strategy, and Client Engagement of the Liink platform and its product and services offerings.
The Technical Implementation Manager will be the client facing point person for both our clients and our internal stakeholders, focused on technology and API functions reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding and Implementation and will be a core member of the Liink Client Onboarding and Implementation Team.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for leading new and existing client onboardings, including developing and managing global clients technical implementation and maintenance for the Liink Platform
Develop implementation project plans and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute on them
Develop policies and procedures for client testing and promotion to production across applications including API
Set and manage client expectations and day to day interaction; lead project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations as needed
Partner with Global Product, Technology, Sales partners, Product Sales Specialists, and Client Engagement to ensure we are providing a best in class client experience for clients on onboarding and go-live process
Collaborate with key cross functional partners across Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure proper diligence, where needed
Work closely with the Liink product team and Client Engagement to provide client feedback on product roadmap, back log items, and future product releases based on onboarding/implementation feedback
Proactive, energetic, motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to provide thought leadership
Creative problem solver, capable of partnering strategically with internal stakeholders and clients to understand market need for innovative and differentiated solutions
Process oriented; able to proactively identify opportunities and execute strategic projects that improve how we onboard/implement clients
Passionate about the payments industry with proven leadership, communication and prioritization skills
Proven ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
Able to grasp new technologies, market landscape, industry trends and regulatory implications
Commanding influence management skills across business partners (sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance, legal)
5+ years of Client Management, Product Management, Onboarding/Implementation,
Consulting experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred
Proficient in APIs required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, CRM
