At JPMorgan Chase & Co, we are seeking skilled and motivated Scrum Master’s who are excited to join the world’s largest credit card Organization. You will have the opportunity to lead the Card Organization through a Product based transformation, through hands-on support of multiple Scrum teams, partnering with our Card Business organization to understand and adopt Agile principles, and helping our teams deliver the highest rate of Customer Value in the industry. Agile Coaching knowledge and implementation of coaching practices are essential for you to be successful in this role.
As a Scrum Master at JPMC, you will be critical part in helping build high performing Agile teams, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering value to the customer, along with removing barriers that may be slowing the team down.
You will also be assisting in driving the broader Agile Transformation and leading positive change! This requires big thinkers who bring insight, past experiences, knowledge, technical acumen and passion for innovation.
Play a key leadership role in the delivery of complex technology and business solutions

Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Organize and facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution
Establish processes to manage scope, risk and issues.

Supporting the team through servant leadership and leading by example
Strong familiarity to core Agile values and modern software engineering techniques
3+ years as a practicing Scrum Master
Experience working in large-scale products and/or programs
Expertise in Lean, Kanban, Scrum and other similar frameworks
Strong knowledge & Experience with leading and implementing CI/CD concepts
Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence people to change
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Agile or Scrum-related Certification
Active participant and / or member of Agile communities
3 years implementing Lean and/or XP practices à remove the -5 years part
Experience with Atlassian product suite
Experience in building and maturing teams
Varied toolbox of skillful techniques for coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
