Duties: Design, develop and implement software test strategy and test plans to deliver quality software products in a complex environment. Create detailed manual test cases and automation scripts, works with Business Analyst to determine requirements are captured correctly. Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate test data and prepare it. Works with development team to analyze and resolve defects. Analyze Business Requirements, design, develop, test and deliver quality software products. Support the application’s BAU and DEV/OPS processes and activities. Identify areas for improvement and drive change through to completion. Participate in a self-organized Scrum team where team members work together to determine who does what. Support Production Implementation tasks and post Production deployment validations. Coach other Scrum team members. Work with globally located team members on a daily basis. Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems. Generate Execution Reports; clearly communicate status/risks/concerns to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience in Test Engineering, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: T-Shaped or Broad skilled software development in areas including coding, project management, testing and analysis; testing applications developed in various SDLC methodologies; SQA Analysis; read and comprehend business requirements and high level design deliverables; create detailed test cases; map test cases to business requirements; development lifecycle and quality assurance phases; Java; Selenium Web Driver; Eclipse IDE; Maven; ALM, JIRA, or Test Management tools for Test case and Defect Management; MS Office Suite; SQL; API Automation; API Automation Frameworks; JSON Msg validations; working with Release Management; UI; Database and API testing; and testing applications via manual and automated testing.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
