The Global Technology Portfolio Management Office (GT PMO) is accountable for active portfolio oversight across Global Technology’s significant programs, and is empowered with designing appropriate controls & processes across all Tech delivery investments to minimize delivery risk. There are 5 key functions within the GT PMO to provide our objectives and services, of which the Portfolio Delivery function has elevated oversight of the delivery of the significant program portfolio. Within this team, you will be providing delivery management and consultancy support to significant programs which don’t adhere to standards or need support to resolve delivery issues/ challenges. Analysing, tracking and reporting variance against the agreed baseline to spot early signs of risk to delivery and ensuring appropriate data is included in portfolio governance and communications to drive transparency and decision making. Working closely in collaboration with the other GT PMO functions, and key stakeholders in LOB PMOs, Investment Governance and Executive Management Reporting areas, acting as delegate for the Portfolio Delivery Lead working to enhance portfolio services & a data driven approach to drive active assurance and challenge of inflight significant program delivery to identify risk faster, building culture of effective escalation to resolve blockers.
