You will be responsible for the architecture, development and deployment of our Client Intelligence AI/ML platform. You will comfortable working hand in had with stake-holders, data scientists and other technology groups in the firm to collaboratively develop a world class platform for mining insights from our client interactions. This will require you to have significant experience in modern AI/ML platforms and the complete machine learning development lifecycle toolset.
You will have direct, hands on experience recruiting and managing small development teams. This role requires managing a team of 6-8 developers,
This is very much a hands on development position in addition to architect and team lead. Everyone on the team codes. As the leader of the team you will be expected to lead from the top, mentoring junior teammates and evolving and improving the code base over time.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* CS degree or equivalent experience
* Proven track record hiring and managing developers
* Stong python development skills
* Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
* Exerience with AWS technologies ideally including SageMaker
* Experience with ML toolkits
* CICD and testing first mindset
* Great communciation and collaboration skills
* Data management experience such as ETL pipeline engineering
