Duties: Implement data management strategy and execution for the enterprise contact center initiative. Work with technology and business teams. Drive the discovery and development of conceptual and logical data models. Develop physical data models for various types of physical representations such as relational, star, XML, or related. Utilize metadata management and data profiling tools. Contribute to functional and system architecture and design. Assist in defining database standards and procedures, database design, programming and tuning. Support development and/or production of large scale environments. Develop and manage execution of DB implementation/upgrade. Evaluate tools and perform database performance monitoring, analysis and recommendations. Define database standards, policies and procedures. Facilitate data requirements sessions for applications. Provide data architecture oversight. Contribute to design for data ingestion of ECCS data into the data ecosystem, including mapping of legacy data to target data models. Contribute to BI and data consumption projects from data ecosystem.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or seven (7) years of experience as an IT Consultant, Database Administrator, Software Engineer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires seven (7) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: performing data modeling for large scale business applications; using Master Data Management; identifying patterns, concepts, and abstractions; using object-oriented and relational data modeling tools; ERWIN; working with a financial services firm; using database technologies including Relational, Data Warehouse, and NoSQL Big Data; ETL technologies; and collaborating and building partnerships across business, technology and operations as well as across regions and lines of business.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
