Platform Services is currently seeking a seasoned technical product manager to lead service management activities of a key infrastructure platform. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the delivery of strategic technology program with focus on service management, controls, compliance, and deep technical skills. You must be able to make a significant and effective contribution to the development and growth of a high impact technology platform. You must possess a detailed knowledge of technology architecture principles, software development practices, deep knowledge of control practices, regulatory rules, resiliency requirements, and service management experience.
Provide the required hands-on project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time).
Provide overall service management oversight acting as a contact point for partner technology teams, development squads, client engagement, and line of business partners.
Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
Lead several technical programs, setting priorities for products and engineering, leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning the program as needed.
Extensive product management and financial technology controls experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and driving delivery against a multi-year roadmap
Understands core technologies utilized in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives
Drives alignment and coherent product feature, business, and evangelism strategies
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, client engagement, cyber security, support, communication/marketing teams and related technical teams
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and problem solving in a fast-paced and constantly changing environments
Strong leadership, project planning and execution skills
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Strong verbal/written communication skills
Knowledge of Cyber security processes, procedures, and engagement
Expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality
Multi-year experience in managing complex risk and controls processes in a financial technology environment
Full stack technical knowledge demonstrating the ability to target processes and solutions at different levels
Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, and platform infrastructure technology
