Liink, formerly known as the Interbank Information Network (IIN), is a production-grade, scalable, peer-to-peer blockchain-based network. Liink applications are purpose-built for addressing discrete banking needs. Live applications address long-standing problems in the financial ecosystem, including validating account information prior to payment (Confirm), streamlining payment-related compliance inquiries (Resolve), and validating payment message formats prior to initiating cross-border payments (Format). To date, over 400 financial institutions and corporates have signed up to join the network, including 25 of the world’s top 50 banks, representing 78 countries globally.
The Liink team is responsible for developing and managing the Product, Strategy, and Client Engagement of the Liink platform and its product and services offerings.
As Implementation Specialists, you will be responsible for guiding and helping Liink’s customers and partners integrate with our products, API and technology turning them into long-term transacting Liink users. You will be working closely with both Account Managers in addition to many other internal teams such as Engineering, Product, Legal and Compliance. The onboarding stage is incredibly important in the success of our clients and our strategy and you will be expected to provide superior technical guidance and support to make it all possible.
Members of the Implementation team are expected to manage many implementations / customers and partners simultaneously. In addition, the candidate will be high energy and self-directed with an ability to collaborate across a diverse set of functional partners and stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
Lead new and existing client onboardings, including developing and managing global clients technical implementation and maintenance for the Liink Platform
Serve as the lead point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, tracking progress towards key milestones to ensure successful and timely launches
Support ongoing testing efforts by troubleshooting and providing technical insights
Work cross-functionally to improve the client onboarding experience and internal processes, collecting and translating customer feedback into meaningful product insights for our Product team and internal partners.
Escalate, address or mitigate potential risks and challenges
Solid track record of success in leading large-scale initiatives across various internal teams with a strong technology focus, customer-first attitude and a strong sense of empathy
Experience in a client facing and / or technology focused role where business experience and technical acumen was combined
Process oriented; able to proactively identify opportunities and execute strategic projects that improve how we onboard/implement clients
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a continuous desire to improve your technical acumen
Ability to collaborate cross functionally with different teams and types of people
Ability to work under pressure, deadlines and navigate unexpected roadblocks with ease.
Experience working in Payments, Trade Finance, and/or related Treasury Services.
Execution focused, action-oriented and pay attention to detail
Able to act independently and take initiative but work equally well within a dynamic and fast paced team environment
Passion for blockchain technology and proficient in APIs.
